Friday 28th March 7.15 at Church

Beth will be running a game for the Explorers this friday so the Network have to provide their own entertainment. We have decided to go to Newcastle Racecourse at Gosforth Park�where there is a MiniGolf course and Driving range.� We aim to leave the church at 7.15 so if you would like to go please be there at this time and also leave a comment below with either a yes or no so we know who we are waiting for.

There are four bands – The Leapers, Moody Trainers, Beautiful Nothing and Rubicon Falls – all of which have someone I work with in them, playing at the Dog and Parrot (near to Central Station) in Newcastle on Wednesday the 9th April.� Went to see them all just before Christmas and it was a good night.

Ellen makes a Splash!

7th Scouts swam well in Saturday’s swimming Gala. Aidan, Aaron, Claire and Ellen gained third place in the Scout Gala – behind 9th/11th and the winners the 19th.

Ellen won each race in her age group and won the individual swimmer award. Here she is with her trophy.
