A great week camp flew over with Scouts cramming loads in topped off with surfing on Friday. A great site, beautiful coast and 50 of us at camp. Photos start here.

Well summer camp is sadly over, but everyone that attended had a fantastic time. Probably one of the best summer camps in my opinion. It scored 8.5 out of 10 from David Shield which is a pretty high standard! We did quadbiking, mini golf, went to the beach, we had a network day out at the driving range and a pub lunch, whilst the explorers pioneered, we played tennis in morpeth, we went to Alnwick swimming pool, we played cricket and plunged into the cold north sea to surf. The week was jam packed with activities not to mention, the glorious sunshine, numerous games of volley ball, the olympic games and various quiz nights. Sadly we didn’t get time to finish the olympics but I still have the medals so we will finish the last event forst week back after summer. we had a truly fantastic explorer unit, well done to you guys you were one of the best we’ve had for a lot of years, If you have any comments on camp of what you enjoyed or didn’t enjoy please leave a comment all comments welcome as it will help improve our programme in coming years. Photographs to follow very soon!
